Can I achieve different curl styles?

YES YOU CAN! There are many ways to use the silk curler to achieve various curl patterns. This can be achieved by the number of times and tightness in which you wrap your hair around the curler or by brushing your hair out after removing the curler from your hair.

Wrap your hair around the silk Curler tightly to achieve tight, bouncy curls. For more relaxed curls, wrap your hair a few less times and brush it out after taking the curler out of your hair. Watch videos on our social media for some demos.

 

Is the curler suitable for all lengths?

Yes! My Heatless Hair Silk Curler can be used on a variety of different hair lengths.

 

Why is heat exposure bad for your hair?

When hair is exposed to high temperatures, this causes the hair protein to permanently change shape or denature, If the heat level gets high enough, it starts to break apart the disulphide bonds and the alpha keratin backbone that give your hair its internal structure. This can cause breakage, drying, and split ends to your hair.

 

How do I use My Heatless Hair Silk Curler

  1. On damp hair, part your hair down the middle into two sections
  2. Place your silk curler over the top of your head, securing with the claw clip in the middle
  3. Start from the top parting, wrap your hair away from your face around the rod, adding more hair in sections as you move down
  4. Secure the ends with your scrunchies on both sides, remove the clip, leave your silk curler rod in for 6-8 hours (we do recommend overnight for best results)
  5. Remove scrunchies from the ends, lifting your silk curler up while shaking out your hair to reveal your beautiful curls
  6. Style as you wish, now you have stunning healthy heatless curls

 

What is your shipping policy?

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a major surge in parcel deliveries, as well as causing disruptions to our delivery operations.

Orders are sent direct from our warehouse, please allow the following times for shipping

1-3 business day processing time*

 5 - 15 business day shipping time worldwide. 

Deliveries to and from overseas depend on overseas postal and delivery services.

  • Restrictions and operating constraints are causing delays in most countries.
  • Fewer international flights means some items may be delayed.

 

International Shipping:

We ship Internationally! Please see below estimated lead times:

Australia: 5 - 15 Business days*

New Zealand:  5 - 15 Business days*

United Kingdom:  5 - 15 Business days*

United States:  5 - 15 Business days*

 

 

*Please also note there are longer than usual delivery times in the Australia Post delivery network. The above delivery timeframes are an estimate and are used as a guide only.

Duties & Taxes:

 

Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. My Heatless Hair has no control over these fees and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.

 

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, My Heatless Hair will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).

 

Other Information:

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post or My Heatless Hair will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with My Heatless Hair via our customer care email prior to your order being shipped. We will do our best to action this request prior to your item being shipped but can’t guarantee the change. Can i return my item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. Outside of this timeframe of 7 days we cannot offer you a refund.

 

  • In order to return your item, please ensure goods are;
  • In original packaging in which you received your order
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received the item
  • proof of purchase

 

Please email, info@myheatlesshair.com.au to request a return with your order number in the subject line to start the process

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. My Heatless Hair is not responsible for any packages lost in transit or should they not reach us. We strongly suggest you use a service that provides a tracking number

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this can take up to 10 business days through your bank to show up in your account.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

****Please note that we do not offer refunds for items purchased on Pre-Order.
